The protection of personal data

If you are our client or a visitor to the website, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for your protection and security. Please review the personal data protection, principles, and rights that you have in connection with the GDPR (Regulation on the protection of personal data).

Who is the administrator?

We are Kindergarten Monty School of Prague s. r. o. based in Darwinova 339/19 Prague 4, Modřany, 143 00, company ID: 28259564. We are a legal business under commercial code C 135970. We are registered by the Municipal Court in Prague, which operates the web page www.monty-skolka.cz . We process your personal data as an administrator, i.e., and determine how the personal data will be processed, the purpose, and for how long. We also select any other processors, who help us with processing the data.

Declaration

We declare that as the administrator of your personal data we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation. In particular, the law on the protection of personal data and the GDPR, and therefore:

•    we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, a legitimate interest, the performance of the contract, legal obligation, or consent.

•    we go according to article 13 of the GDPR information obligation before the start of the processing of personal data.

•    we allow and will support you in the implementation and execution of your rights under the law on the protection of personal data and the GDPR.

The scope of personal data and purposes of processing

We process personal data that you entrust to us for the following reasons (for the fulfillment of those purposes):

•    the provision of education on the basis of the Education act 561/2004 Coll. Your first name, last name, address, phone, e-mail. Information about the child we necessarily need to lead the school register, which is based on statutory obligations,

•    bookkeeping - if you are a client, your personal data is strictly needed in order to comply with statutory obligations for issuing and registration of tax documents,

•    photo documentation - live events such as kindergarten in the nature, trips, ski training, the presentation of children's work to competitions, etc. Your personal information we retain after a period of running the period of limitation unless the law provides a longer period for their preservation or for the duration of the event.

Cookies

When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and from which site you come to us on the web. We view the use of cookies to measure site traffic and customize our site views as our legitimate interest because we believe that this data can provide us with the facts to improve our services.

Ads targeting cookies will only be processed based on your consent.

Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow for the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.

 

 

Security and privacy

We protect your personal information to the maximum extent possible by using modern technology, which corresponds to the degree of technological development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have adopted and we maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse of, damage to or destruction of your personal information.

Transfer of personal data to the third person

Your personal information is able to be accessed by our staff and co-workers.

To ensure the specific processing operations that we can't make on our own, we use the services and applications processors, who can protect us even better than we do and on the processing of specialize.

They are providers of the following platforms:

•    MŠMT - The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports/collecting data

•    Facebook

•    Google

•    Seznam

•    Accounting company

It is possible that in the future we decide to use another application or processor, to facilitate and improve the processing. We promise you, however, that in such a case, in the selection we will be on the processor to put at least the same demands on security and quality of processing, as on ourselves.

Transmission of data outside the European Union

The data is processed exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection on the basis of the decision of the European Commission.

Your rights in connection with the protection of personal data

You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of your personal data. If you wish to use any of these rights, please contact us by mail: praha@monty-skolka.cz.

You have the right to information that is already covered by this information page with the privacy policy.

You can invite us at any time with the right to access, and we will provide you with a 30-day notice on how we process your personal data and why.

If anything changes or you find your personal information outdated or incomplete, you have the right to add and change your personal information.

You have the right to limit the processing if you think we are processing your data inaccurate, you think we are processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the range of personal data or processing purposes.

The right to portability

If you would like your personal information to be taken and passed to someone else, we proceed as in the use of the right of access - the only difference is that we supply the information in a computer-readable form. Here we need at least 30 days.

The right to erasure (to be forgotten)

Your next right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you are entitled to it. In such a case, we erase all your personal data from our system and from the system of all sub-processors and advances. To ensure the right to erasure, we need 30 days.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, for example, we need to register the issued tax documents after the deadline set by law. In this case, we delete all such personal data, which are not bound by any other law. On completion of the deletion, we will inform you by e-mail.

A complaint with the Office for personal data protection

If you feel that your data is not going in accordance with the law, you have the right to a complaint and at any time can contact the Office for personal data protection. We'd love if at first, you suspect this you inform us so that we could do something with this and fix any errors.

To unsubscribe from informative letters and business communication

If you are our client we send you e-mails with inspiration, articles, products, and services on the basis of our legitimate interest. If you are not our client yet we're sending you these only based on your consent. In both cases, you can end the subscription to our e-mail responses to our e-mail.

Confidentiality

We would like to assure you that our employees and associates, who will process your personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of personal data and security measures whose publishing would endanger the security of your personal data. This silence lasts even after the termination of contractual relationships with us. Without your consent, your personal data is not released to any other third party.
